A Letter From The President

GENERAL DAVIE COOPER CITY REPUBLICAN CLUB MEETING – FEBRUARY 9th (2nd THURSDAY OF THE MONTH)

Dear DCCRC Members and Guests,

For the past few months we have been consumed by the Presdential primaries. This political campaigning is our vetting process for who will lead the GOP against Obama’s leftist machine. But is this going to blind us from the political turmoil here in our own backyard?

It is time to focus and give our local candidates a huge amount of support. The battle ground has been drawn and the frontline starts with our efforts to stop the progressive attack. This is a grass roots effort to root out the progressives from our city.

MAYOR OF DAVIE- Judy Paul’s time as Mayor must end – and to do this we must come out and support Mike Crowley for Mayor of Davie.
Mike will speak with us and give us a last motivational push to lead towards victory.

CONGRESS- The Florida state house and senate voted to pass new district lines. Allen West’s lines were drawn to largely favor a Democrat majority. Last night he announced he is changing from District 22 to District 18. It remains unanswered by the Florida GOP as to why the would allow District 22 to be lost. District 20 is also in contention – with 3 candidates currently ready to compete in the priamry race to unseat Debbie Wasserman Schultz- these candidates are Karen Harrington, Joe Kaufman, and Ozzie Defaria. We will hear from them all soon. Our group will be organizing the first and maybe only priamry debate for District 20.

SCHOOL BOARD- There is a Republican running for school board, which is a non-partisan race. We will hear from her soon.

Keep in mind that the election for Mayor is MARCH 13th!!!!!!!

GENERAL MEETING DAVIE COOPER CITY REPUBLICAN CLUB FEBRUARY 9th

1. Mike Crowley for Mayor of Davie – election March 13th

2. Issues from the left- updates on Agenda 21 – it is right in our own backyard and growing. Georgia court to remove Obama from ballot?
Interesting update article in WND- http://www.wnd.com/2012/01/obama-eligibility-challenges-spread-to-6-states/

3. Come prepared to get involved. Republicans need your support.

General Meeting Feb 9th, 2012 with Mike Crowley

January 30th, 2012 by admin No comments »

Calling all Republicans to get involved. Come hear from Mike Crowley running for Mayor of Davie. This country is heading in the wrong direction and we are all focused on the Presidential race. But the battle for our liberties is right here at home.

Mike Crowley is running to defeat Judy Paul and put our town of Davie back on track. So it does start at home, and we must all get involved.

This race is in its final lap with elections on March 13th. That’s right this is it – if we want Mike as Mayor we must all show up and give him our support.

See you at the meeting Feb 9 at 630 pm.

Our Political Future Now in the Hands of Our New Congress

January 17th, 2011 by admin No comments »

Our political future is now in the hands of the new congress we elected. This is their moment in history to prove that they have the people’s interests in mind, and their trip to Washington DC is not self serving.

For too many years elected officials have gone to DC and have forgotten whom they represent, and to whom they need to answer for their transgressions. They supported the causes of special interest groups, lobby groups, corporate giants, and banks. While some causes may have been considered important, too many were for self serving purposes, all while ignoring the interest of the electorate of their own state.

For four years Democrats have had control of Congress, and the past two they have had complete control of this countries political infrastructure.

They ran DC through their own corrupt ideology, ignoring the will of the people, and attempted to pass every progressive socialist program they were able. To what results, as in a very short period of time they managed to run this countries economy and self worth into the ground.

So we have a new guard in Congress. We supported them, and voted them into office. Each running on a platform to bring this Republic back to its greatness as it was meant to be.

Today as we look around, our economy is still faltering with unemployment relatively unchecked. Terror and the threat of terror still plagues us worldwide, while those who wish to do us harm sit at our doorstep waiting for the opportune moment to strike us. Illegals stream across our borders unhindered by the Obama administration and with this flow of illegals come terrorists who wish us harm us. As we attempt to pick ourselves up from all of this, we realize that the world opinion of this country has dropped a few notches.

Although unemployment has seen a slow down, the percentages are still overwhelming and are far from decreasing. The current administration opted to increase government spending, hire more socialist bureaucrats, and attempt to push through a dangerous national single payer healthcare agenda, while they should have been cutting our taxes and allowing private business to flourish.

Our new guard in Congress. They are our beacon of hope. They have a very short time to prove themselves, two short years as a matter of fact, and during this time they must do what is right for this country and the people who elected them.

We want to see an end to the Progressive ideology in DC; we want to see a smaller government; we want to see programs that promote small businesses and allow them to flourish without the government strangling them; we want our economy back on track; we want our borders safe from illegals and terrorist infiltrations; we want a government that recognizes who our enemies are and who our allies are; we want a government that respects the constitution and holds it as the supreme law of the land and not a so-called International Law under the jurisdiction of the United Nations; we want a government that is for the people and by the people; we want a government that will keep us safe from international threats; we want a government that is bold and will not allow totalitarian dictators around the globe to dictate our own domestic policies or actions; we want a government that is true to this republic and its people.

We have our congress now. They support us, and have told us that they will bring this republic back to its glory. It is up to us to make sure that each and every one of them sticks to their word. Now, we cannot sit back and watch from the sideline, we must roll up our sleeves and get dirty.

Two years. Two years from now we have an election that will transform this country back to what our forefathers meant it to be. But, for this to happen, it is our choice.

Do we get dirty in the trenches, keeping our representatives in DC on track and make sure that in two years we keep a hold of Congress and put a Republican in the white house? Or, do we sit on these sidelines and watch as others dictate the outcome? Two years, is a very short time, as in reality it is less.

For the past two years we fought hard, and we took Congress back. It wasn’t easy and although we may be tired, we must keep on fighting. Yes we have our work cut out for us, for as we know the battle against the progressive ideology and socialism that has attempted to poison this country still rages on. Two years is all we have to defeat it.

It starts here at home.  It starts with our local city and county elections. It starts with the Davie Cooper City Republican Club and it starts with BREC.

If we, the DCCRC and BREC don’t do it, then who will?

So today is the first day, of our next two year fight to uphold the promises of congress and win back the Presidency of the United States.
